IVR BA / Tester: | · Work closely with IVR development team and provide clarifications on requirements. · Get required business logics required for IVR, core banking systems integrations and document clearly on functional specifications. · Having discussions with needed IT teams to clarify the requirements, get their concurrence, work on project plan, communicating to stake holders on the project plan. · Create the test cases and perform the testing. · Ensure testing is done thoroughly prior to UAT and document the defects. · Co-ordinate with teams during UAT for resolution. |
